2010-present   Yaron Deutsch Steven Takasugi and czernowin  founded the festival and summer school for Israeli and international composers “Tzlil Meudcan”.  Czernowin and Steven Takasugi were the permanent composition teachers, in the first 4 years of the summer school, Israel.

2012   Steven Takasugi and Chaya Czernowin founded the Summer Composition Institute for the music department at Harvard University USA.
